1. All orders are accepted at the owner’s risk, since we cannot be held responsible for tape breakage during transfer due to age-decay, over usage or poor storage of the tape. We therefore recommend that you check the condition of your tape by playing, fast forwarding and rewinding prior to placing your order. However, in the event of a breakage during transfer, we will attempt a repair, and, if successful charge you £10.00.
2. It is understood and agreed that the digital representations of the cassette recording we provide are for private listening only, and will not be sold, leased, hired or used in any public broadcast.
